Recently, the Ningbo Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of small and medium-sized enterprises recognized as "specialized, refined and new" in Ningbo in 2022. Ningbo Kunyuan Fastener Co., Ltd. was recognized as a "specialized, refined and new" SME in Ningbo in 2022.

      Two sets of Ningbo TV stations broadcast Kunyuan Company in a rolling manner for five consecutive days, which was recognized as a "specialized, special and new" SME in Ningbo in 2022.

"Specialization, refinement, and novelty" SMEs refer to those with the characteristics of "specialization, refinement, characterization, and novelty". The scale of the enterprises must comply with the provisions of the National Standard for the Classification of SMEs.

"Specialization" means specialization. It refers to the products with strong specificity, obvious professional characteristics and strong market specialization that are manufactured through specialized production with special technology or process. Its main characteristics are the specialization of product use, the specialization of production process, the specialization of technology and the advantages of specialized development of products in subdivided markets.

"Fine" means fine refinement. It refers to adopting advanced and applicable technologies or processes, establishing fine and efficient management systems and processes according to the concept of excellence, and elaborately designing and producing excellent products through refined management. Its main characteristics are the delicacy of products, the sophistication of process technology, and the refined management of enterprises.

"Special" means characteristic. It refers to the products with regional characteristics or special functions developed and produced by adopting unique processes, technologies, formulas or special raw materials, and its main feature is the characterization of products or services.

"New" means novelty. It refers to high-tech products with independent intellectual property rights that are developed and produced by independent innovation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, joint innovation or introduction, digestion, absorption and re innovation. Its main characteristics are innovative and progressiveness products (technologies), high technology content, high added value and significant economic and social benefits.
